SO WITH THE RISING PRICES IN EVERYTHING I FIND IT HARDER AND HARDER TO PAY THE BILLS. LUCKY FOR ME, MY BOYFRIEND AND I HAVE MANAGED TO PAY THE MORTGAGE AND CAR PAYMENT....BUT THE LOAN THAT WE TOOK OUT MANY YEARS AGO TO KEEP THE HOUSE FROM BEING TAKEN HAS DEFAULTED.
I NEED HELP WITH THIS $7,200 DEBT. THERE IS NO WAY I CAN MAKE PAYMENTS AS EACH WEEK I GO NEG. JUST PAYING THE NORMAL BILLS. I NEED TO PAY THIS OFF AS WELL AS A MEDICAL BILL OF $4500 IN ORDER TO REFINANCE MY HOME NEXT YEAR.
RIGHT NOW MY HOME IS STILL IN MINE AND MY EX-HUSBAND'S NAME. THE COURT ORDER STATES I HAVE UNTIL JUNE 09 TO REFINANCE BUT I NEED TO GET THESE 2 DEBTS PAID OFF FIRST. PLEASE PLEASE HELP. OR WE ARE GOING TO LOSE THE ONLY HOME MY CHILDREN HAVE.
